Anonymity and security
Even if you are Elon Musk, the person who found the item will not know it. Communication between the finder and the owner of the tag is absolutely anonymous. If this is your apartment key, there is no way to guess who you are and where you live.

Here are four simple steps explaining how you can easily protect your precious things from irretrievable loss.
Delivery within Europe takes 2-5 days.
Delivery to the USA takes from a week to two.
In the parcel you will receive “clean” tags, the first scan binds them to your account.
If you do not have an account, the tag scan will first ask you to create an account, and after that you can link your tag to it.
You only need to provide your name, email address and password to create an account.
Before adding new tags – make sure you are logged into your account. No need to create an account for each tag.
You can attach any number of tags to one account.
Once you have scanned a tag and attached it to your account, any subsequent scan of this tag will open an anonymous chat with you.
Every time someone scans your tag, you get a notification on your account page. On this page you will also be able to chat with the persons who found your tagged item and agree on how to get it back: meeting in person or via a postal mail for example.
