In four simple steps, you can easily protect your precious things from irretrievable loss.
Delivery within Europe takes 2-5 days.
Delivery to the USA takes from a week to two.
In the parcel you will receive “clean” tags, the first scan binds them to your account.
If you do not have an account, the tag scan will first ask you to create an account, and after that you can link your tag to it.
You only need to provide your name, email address and password to create an account.
Before adding new tags – make sure you are logged into your account. No need to create an account for each tag.
You can attach any number of tags to one account.
Once you have scanned the tag for the first time and attached it to your account – any subsequent scan of this tag will open an anonymous chat with you.
Every time someone scans your tag, you get a notification on your account page.
On your account page, you will receive messages from those who found your tag and you can reply to this person.
You can get your item back without even meeting the person who found it, for example, agree that he will leave your item in a cafe or somewhere else.
